The Zorig Foundation intends to bring about social change through education. If we engage young people with the world around them, guide them through meaningful involvement in their community, and train them to be leaders, those young men and women will be better able and more willing to contribute to a responsible, pluralistic society.
The Foundation also recognizes the necessity of short term goals. We must help to meet young people’s needs for them to help meet the long-term needs of the society they live in. Each of our youth education programs combines a direct benefit linked to civic education. The depth of that engagement depends on the maturity of our students and their places in life.
