Anticorruption
Public Awareness Campaign on Anti-Corruption

• Seminars on “The concept of corruption and ways to eliminate it” in collaboration with the Asia Foundation and the Cabinet Secretariat of Mongolia /1999-2001/
• “Does corruption exist in Mongolia?” an essay competition /1999/
• Translation of “Resource book-1” (produced by Transparency International) and a book on the state of corruption in Mongolia. We distributed the two books to the public, free of charge /2001/
• “It’s too late if it’s not today”- a radio and TV show and poster competition among artists and journalists on combating corruption /2001/
• “The role of the press and civil society in the fight against corruption” seminar took place among media and NGO representatives, UNDP, and the ‘Good governance’ program, to discuss the participation of civil society and the press in the implementation of the national campaign against corruption /2002/
• The publication of the book “Corruption is not eternal”/2003/
• The publication of a booklet through the “Analyzing Corruption” project. A team of university professor and researchers from all the districts in Ulaanbaatar and 5 Aimags conducted research for this booklet in the countryside /2003/a
• www.anticorruption.mn – the very first website on anti-corruption /2004/
• “A compilation of sources on anti-corruption” project was implemented to compile all books, news and web articles containing research and scientific data on the issue of corruption /2005/
• “The effect of corruption in the education sector on the development of Mongolia”- essay competition /2005/
• A public speaking competition on anti-corruption- held among professors, researchers, social scientists and lawyers /2006/
• Capacity building of the public council project- our foundation participated as a civil society representative to make a positive contribution towards the Anti-corruption Agency’s fight against corruption through strengthening the capacity of the public council. This was funded by the Partnership for Transparency Fund and Globe International NGO /2009/
